情绪

情绪常常都会令我抓狂，
令我失去了方向。
一旦爆发，
我就会倒下。
我现在学会了压抑情绪。
因为我是个不懂得隐藏自己情绪的人，
所以一直要压抑着情绪是很辛苦的。
但没有办法，
我没有选择。
我不能一直让情绪控制我，
我一定要控制我自己。
我一定要学着如何压抑自己的情绪，
虽然有天会爆发，
但至少不会是现在。
而且我不想让她担心，
我知道她也很压力，
因此我不想增加她的烦恼。


我一定会学会的。
